Our Warranty Information

At Ring Ninja we feel our warranty is second to none. All of our products are covered by our 21 day satisfaction guarantee. Most of our Titanium and Tungsten rings are covered by our lifetime warranty. During the first 21 days you have your ring it may be returned or exchanged. After the 21 Day Satisfaction Guarantee your ring may be covered (this will be noted on the product page) by our lifetime warranty. 21 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

All of our products come with a 21 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you receive the product and are not happy with it within 21 days of the day the product ships from our location, you may return it with no questions asked. If you receive your ring within this 21 day period, and it doesn't fit, we will exchange it for you. Details Follow:

• Any alterations, such as Custom Engraving, void your eligibility for the 21 day satisfaction guarantee.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• For size exchanges buyer is responsible for shipping back to Ring Ninja, and shipping fees will apply for return shipping.
• Any product purchased with 'Free Shipping' will be subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return.
• Ring Ninja reserves the right to refuse any damaged merchandise for return or exchange.
• For exchanges the size must be in stock.
• Buyer must contact Ring Ninja either by phone or email to request a return/exchange. All packages that arrive that have not had a request made will be refused. Buyer will be issued instructions via email.
• Ring Ninja reserves the right to cancel or alter this policy at any time without notice.

Lifetime Warranty:

Both our Tungsten and Titanium rings are eligible for our Lifetime Warranty. This warranty has been designed as a protection plan and we will honor this warranty for as long as you own your ring. Tungsten and Titanium are very strong, non-malleable metals. Due to this extreme strength they are unable to be sized by jewelers. Under our lifetime warranty we will exchange your ring for a different size as long as you own your ring. We will also protect your ring against damage due to a manufacturer defect. This warranty also applies to damage if a ring needs to be removed for a medical emergency. Claims under this warranty are subject to a deductable and shipping charges that are payable upon a warranty claim request.

• Any alterations, excessive damage, or intentional damage void your eligibility for this program.
• Size exchanged for must be in stock.
• Buyer must contact Ring Ninja either by phone or email to request a return/exchange. All packages that arrive that have not had a request made will be refused.
• If the ring has been engraved we will exchange it under this warranty, but an additional engraving fee will apply.
• Ring Ninja reserves the right to refuse any mistreated merchandise for exchange or for any other reason.
• This warranty is non-transferable, and can only be applied to in stock, non discontinued items.
• Buyer will be responsible to pay the deductible and shipping fees immediately upon a warranty exchange request.
• Ring Ninja reserves the right to cancel or alter this policy at any time without notice.
